Daily Dose of WTF

I've learned to stop questioning a lot of my day to day routine. 

However.

When there's a space heater on top of the toilet, I really need to ask "why?"

    Surely, there's a reason. Maybe to keep the water tank from freezing? Because it's bad luck to poop with a cold back? Were the tiles recently laid, and the grout had to be at a certain temp? Were they hoping to make the urinal gods happy with mirth?

      To be fair, it's not OFF the toilet, and on the floor against a wall. I've yet to see it be plugged in or used. Maybe it's just there so you can think about it and get warm?
